Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility services items on a fast-paced schedule.

You’ll participate in a solid base salary with commission potential after route assignment, with a 4-day workweek and no nights or weekends for the majority of shifts, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required and able to meet DOT driving requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must obtain a DOT medical certificate prior to first day.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively address customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
