Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. A driver on an established route delivers and picks up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility services products, with a focus on customer service and safety.

The role emphasizes a solid base salary with commission potential after routing is assigned, a 4-day workweek, and minimal nights or weekend work, along with monthly/quarterly bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must meet DOT driving requirements for vehicles over 10,000 lbs.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and controlling inventory while working professionally and safely.
