Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service items. Expect a 10-week training with starting hourly rate, a solid base salary, and monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements: active driver's license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment background.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
