Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base.

It is a physical, fast-paced, indoor/outdoor position delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service items. Training is comprehensive and a 4-day workweek is common with no nights or weekends for most shifts.

Qualifications

• Active driver’s license required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Obtain a DOT medical certification.
• Provide documentation of previous employment.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service is required or accepted.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
