Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, servicing and selling within an existing base of customers, delivering uniforms, towels, cleaners and other facility services.

The role features a solid base salary with commission after route assignment, a 4-day workweek, and no nights or weekends for the majority of the schedule, plus monthly/quarterly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required before first day of employment.
• Documentation of previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers, building rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
