Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility products.

The role emphasizes a 4-day workweek, limited nights or weekends, and a solid base salary with commission potential after being assigned a route. Training is provided through a 10-week program.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
