Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route, service and sell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and facility supplies.

The role offers a solid base salary with commission potential after routing is assigned, a 4-day workweek for the majority of the time and bonuses/incentives on performance. Training provided and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Meet DOT driving requirements including license and medical certification.
• High School diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Self-motivation and teamwork to meet goals.
• Positive attitude, ambition and organization.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
