Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts on an established route in the Rental Division. The role involves delivering and picking up uniforms, shop towels, and other facility products along a fixed route, with a strong emphasis on customer service and safety.

The position offers a solid base salary plus commissions, a majority 4-day workweek, and bonuses/ incentives. On-site with flexible growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• DOT requires active driver’s license, 21+ years old, DOT medical certification, and documentation of prior employment.
• High school diploma, GED or Military Service.
• Strong customer-service orientation and teamwork; self-motivation; positive attitude; organized and service-minded.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
