The role emphasizes a four-day workweek for most shifts with minimal nights or weekends and offers a solid base salary plus commission after route assignment, plus bonuses and incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• DOT medical certification required.
• 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining safety.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
