Job summary

This role is physical and fast-paced, typically offering a 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends, and includes training plus opportunities to advance within the company.

You will build strong relationships with customers and ensure safety and DOT compliance on every trip.

Qualifications

• Must meet DOT driving requirements and certification.
• Active driver\'s license required.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Provide documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Maintain quality standards and resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base through upselling and cross-selling.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while staying within safety policies.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
