Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a route and service and sell within an established customer base, delivering and picking up uniforms and other facility service products.

The role is fast-paced, with a typical four-day workweek on many routes, and few nights or weekends. Training is provided, with monthly/quarterly bonuses and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT medical certification required.
• Documentation regarding previous employment.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concerns.
• Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
• Negotiating service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
