Job summary

Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route, serving and selling within an existing base of customers.

The role offers a comprehensive 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission potential after assignment, and a predominantly 4-day workweek with no nights or weekends, plus bonuses and incentives tied to performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; military service acceptable.
• Active driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• You are the face of Cintas to customers and must build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service renewals and manage inventory while working safely and professionally.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
