Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck on an established route, service and upsell within an existing base, and ensure high quality standards while maintaining safety.

This role features a 10-week training program, a solid base salary with commission, a 4-day workweek, and bonuses. Most shifts avoid nights and weekends, with opportunities to develop world-class service skills.

Qualifications

• Meet all requirements outlined by the DOT for driving a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Active driver’s license and DOT medical certification required.
• Strong customer service orientation and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Face of Cintas to customers; build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products/services.
• Negotiate service renewals and control inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
