Cintas Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. You will drive a truck along an established route, service and sell within an existing customer base.

This is a physical, fast-paced role with opportunities for advancement, a 4-day workweek for most, and no nights or weekends for the majority. Competitive pay and bonuses included.

Qualifications

• Active driver's license
• 21+ years of age
• DOT medical certification
• Provide documentation of previous employment

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow existing customer base by upselling and cross-selling products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while driving safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
