Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage an assigned route, deliver and pick garments, and build strong customer relationships. You’ll support daily operations, upsell products, and maintain a predictable, weekday schedule while representing UniFirst on the road and prioritizing safety.

The role emphasizes independence, physical activity, and a customer-centric approach within a nationwide garment services company that values training, growth, and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License required with clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Minimum age 21 and ability to meet DOT requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on a daily route with safety in mind.
• Experience in route sales, delivery, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route and be the primary contact for customers.
• Assist with loading/unloading route trucks and daily operations.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers and upsell garments and products.
• Identify opportunities to grow the route and revenue.
• Represent UniFirst on the road and prioritize safety.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor/outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety compliance.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule on the same route.
