Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while growing customer relationships and sales.

You will operate a company walk-in truck, ensure on-time deliveries, maintain safety, and service the same customers each week. This field-based role offers a commission-based earnings structure from day one and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service accepted.

Responsibilities

• Manage an Assigned Route: deliver and pickup garments and products daily.
• Support Daily Operations: load/unload route trucks for accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver Consistent, Reliable Service: on-time, accurate deliveries with strong customer satisfaction.
• Grow Customer Relationships: build rapport and upsell garments and products on the route.
• Drive Sales Growth: identify upselling opportunities to increase route earnings.
• Represent UniFirst on the Road: operate a company walk-in truck, prioritize safety, and maintain relationships.
