UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage an assigned route, deliver and pick up garments and products, and grow customer relationships with consistent service.

This field-based role emphasizes safety, reliability, and sales opportunities while serving a dedicated set of customers on a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. You will operate company equipment on designated routes, support daily operations, and contribute to service excellence by maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
• DOT compliance including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs., and be on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route and be the primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading and unloading route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver on-time, accurate service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings potential.
• Represent UniFirst on the road, prioritizing safety and professional service.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standard compliance.
• Maintain a predictable schedule with Monday–Friday daytime hours on the same route.
