Job summary

UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage a dedicated route, deliver and pick up garments, and build strong customer relationships across daily operations. You will load/unload trucks, ensure accurate, on-time service, and identify upsell opportunities to grow your route's earnings.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and consistent service as you represent UniFirst on the road, servicing the same customers each day with a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT requirements and physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED or military service.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route; deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Assist service team by loading and unloading route trucks.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with high customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships and upsell garments as appropriate.
• Operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes with safety as a priority.
