UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships. You will support daily operations and ensure accurate, on-time service within a safety-driven environment.

This role emphasizes independent field work, with opportunities to upsell, grow your route, and contribute to customer satisfaction on a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route: primary contact for customers, delivering and picking garments daily.
• Support daily operations: loading/unloading route trucks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver consistent, reliable service with on-time deliveries and returns.
• Grow customer relationships: upsell and introduce new garments and products to improve experience.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable schedule: Monday–Friday daytime hours, no nights or weekends.
