UniFirst Corporation is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily while building strong customer relationships. You will work independently with a company that rewards performance and reliability on a nationwide platform.

The role offers a commission-based earning structure from day one, a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, and opportunities for growth within a supportive, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Driver’s License with a clean driving record; must be at least 21 years old.
• DOT compliance requirements, including a physical exam.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary contact for customers; deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading and unloading route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships; address service needs and introduce new garments and products.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route and earnings potential.
• Represent UniFirst on the road; maintain safety and professional conduct on designated routes.
