Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative (RSR) to manage a dedicated route, delivering and picking garments daily while building customer relationships. You will load/unload trucks, ensure accurate, on-time service, and identify upsell opportunities to grow your route.

The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends, and paid training through our SCP program. A commission-based earning structure accompanies competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or CAEC required.
• Strong customer service skills and independence.
• Experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn new technologies.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact on an assigned route, daily deliveries and pickups.
• Load and unload route trucks to start each day accurately.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns with great service.
• Build rapport with customers and upsell garments and services.
• Identify upselling opportunities to grow the route earnings.
• Operate the company walk-in truck on designated routes with safety in mind.
• Work in indoor/outdoor environments with energy and attention to safety.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and follow safety standards.
• Maintain a predictable Monday–Friday daytime schedule with no nights or weekends.
