Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage a dedicated delivery route, handling garment and product deliveries, pickups, and customer relations across assigned customers. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and customer-centric service on a daytime schedule.

The RSR will engage with customers daily, loading/unloading routes, and growing the route through upselling of garments and services. This field-based position offers commission potential and meaningful customer impact.

Qualifications

• Customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to work independently on a route.
• Comfort with using technology to improve operations.
• Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs. and be on feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers on your assigned route, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Assist service team with loading and unloading route trucks and start each day with accuracy.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Build rapport with customers, address service needs, and upsell products and services.
• Identify upsell opportunities to grow the route and income potential.
• Operate a company walk-in truck on designated routes with safety as a priority.
