Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Representative who will manage assigned routes, deliver and pick garments daily, and grow customer relationships with a focus on reliable, high-quality service.

The role emphasizes safety, independent work, and opportunities to upsell on your route, with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and no nights or weekends. You will be the face of UniFirst on the road, contributing to sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Driver's license and clean driving record required.
• DOT compliance including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills; ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfort with learning new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Capable of lifting and pushing up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned route as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering and picking garments and products daily.
• Support daily operations by loading/unloading route trucks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver consistent, on-time service and returns while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Grow customer relationships by addressing service needs and upselling products.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to upsell and expand your route.
• Operate a company walk-in truck along designated routes, prioritizing safety and driving quality service.
• Engage in a physically active role across indoor and outdoor environments.
• Troubleshoot service issues, manage inventory, and ensure safety standards.
