UniFirst Corp. is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage an assigned route, deliver and pick garments daily, and grow customer relationships.

You will load/unload trucks, ensure accuracy at the start of each day, and uphold safety standards while providing reliable service on a fixed weekday schedule. The role emphasizes customer focus, independent work, and opportunities to upsell, with compensation tied to performance.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean record.
• DOT requirements including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfort with using new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.

Aufgaben

• Manage an assigned route and be the primary contact for customers.
• Deliver and pick garments and products daily.
• Assist with loading/unloading route trucks for accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and returns.
• Grow customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Represent UniFirst on the road with safety and professionalism.
• Work in indoor and outdoor environments with energy and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot service issues and ensure safety standards are met.
• Maintain a predictable Mon–Fri daytime schedule servicing the same route.
