UniFirst is seeking a Route Service Manager to recruit and lead a team delivering to multiple customers daily. The role focuses on driving customer satisfaction, account growth, and profitability for the location.

Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment and training, fostering strong customer relationships, and negotiating contract renewals. A high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred, with DOT physical requirements and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license in state of residence.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong computer proficiency (MS Office).
• Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the recruiting, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors.
• Build strong relationships with customers and elevate customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with location management to provide the best customer service and product programs.
• Negotiate customer contract renewals.
