Job summary

UniFirst seeks a Route Service Manager to lead a team delivering to multiple customers daily, from small family businesses to large corporate sites. You will drive customer satisfaction, account growth, and location profitability while mentoring Route Service Supervisors and Representatives.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop the team, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with location management to provide optimal service and programs. DOT and driving requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Business savvy with ability to grow profit and customer satisfaction.
• Results-driven relationship manager who supports the team and customer.
• Ability to negotiate, train, coach and lead a team.
• Willing to drive a personal vehicle and meet auto insurance requirements.
• High School Diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to problem solve and handle diverse customer service situations.
• Strong MS Office proficiency.
