Job summary

Matador Distributing LLC is seeking an Account Sales Manager to perform outside sales along an assigned route, increasing product sales and placement of displays at stores. You will upsell inventory, cooler space, and displays while delivering products and maintaining relationships.

Responsibilities include meeting monthly KPIs, monitoring competitors, and ensuring brand integrity and proper rotation across all accounts. A valid driver’s license and a background check are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Clear background and drug test.
• Knowledge of the beverage market preferred.
• Preferred prior sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage products and relationships with customer contacts at assigned accounts.
• Deliver products to correct addresses and maintain required paperwork.
• Identify current and future product needs to increase sales.
• Ensure Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Perform outside sales to increase sales and shelf space.
• Build professional relationships to grow sales and display footprint.
• Monitor competitors’ activity and report to District Manager.
• Meet monthly KPIs for sales, distribution, pricing, and displays.
• Support brand integrity and proper product rotation.
