Job summary

Matador Distributing LLC is seeking an Account Sales Manager to drive outside sales across assigned accounts and routes, increasing product sales, displays, and Cooler space. You will upsell inventory and ensure displays meet Red Bull standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes building durable relationships, meeting KPIs, and coordinating with RBNA teams to execute programs. Must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Manage products and relationships with customer contacts at assigned accounts.
• Delivers product to correct addresses and handles required paperwork.
• Determine account needs and seek opportunities to increase sales.
• Ensure Red Bull equipment is clean and in good order.
• Perform outside sales to increase sales and placements.
• Build professional relationships to grow selling space.
• Monitor competitor activities and report to District Manager.
• Meet monthly KPIs for sales, distribution, and displays.
• Maintain brand integrity and proper product rotation.
• Collaborate with RBNA sales teams on programs.
• Work across the organization and share best practices.
• Ensure delivery vehicle maintenance and compliance with laws.
• Operate truck following state and federal transportation rules.
• Increase inventory and variety at accounts and improve in-store branding.
• Other duties as assigned.
