Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Billings, MT seeks a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by covering routes, providing superior customer service, and upselling lines of service. Reports to the District Manager and participates in promotions, audits, and training.

Responsibilities include learning routes, delivering textiles, handling payments, maintaining route paperwork, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries. Must have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and good time management.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and route-sales skills.
• Must be able to lift and handle items and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks.
• Solicit new customers, upsell/cross-sell/services to ensure profitable product mix.
• Participate in promotions and audits; follow company policies.
