Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by covering routes and performing service tasks. You will up-sell/cross-sell, provide superior customer service, and report to the District Manager.

Responsibilities include learning all routes, assisting in rush deliveries, and maintaining route paperwork. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, driving experience, and a valid license.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license; CDL when applicable.
• Excellent customer service and driving skills.
• Ability to count, add and subtract accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays, vacations or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks as directed by supervision.
• Solicit new customers; up-sell/cross-sell/sample all lines of service or product.
• Ensure timely and accurate route paperwork and deliveries; manage inventories and service items.
