Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department. The role covers routes, delivers and services textiles, up-sells lines, and maintains accurate route paperwork. Reports to the District Manager and participates in promotions and training.

Ideal candidates have a valid driver’s license, strong customer service, and 1+ year driving/route experience, with good English communication and math skills. On-site work with travel within routes.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be 21 years or older.
• Clean driving record with no chargeable accidents or safety violations.
• Minimum 1 year of safe driving and route experience.
• Proven customer service and route sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication; good direction-following and time management.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and counts accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training, and other tasks as directed.
• Solicit new customers, upsell/cross-sell, and ensure profitable product mix.
• Participate in promotions, training, and audits; follow company policies.
