Alsco Uniforms in Billings, MT seeks a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support service objectives by up-selling and delivering superior customer service. You will cover routes, assist in rush tasks, and report to the District Manager, ensuring customer loyalty and timely textile deliveries.

Ideal candidates have a valid license, a clean driving record, and strong English communication. This is a full-time, on-site role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid driver's license and be 21 years or older.
• Clean driving record with no chargeable accidents or violations.
• Demonstrated customer service and route-sales ability.
• Fluent English communication, written and verbal.
• Ability to recognize colors, sizes, and quantities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; cover routes during holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, and trainings as directed.
• Upsell/cross-sell products to customers and maintain profitable product mix.
• Ensure timely deliveries, proper route paperwork, and inventory control.
• Build customer relationships and resolve concerns with supervision.
• Safely operate delivery vehicle following laws and policies.
