Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Billings, MT seeks a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by covering routes, performing service tasks, and assisting with upsell/cross-sell to meet customer needs. You will report to the District Manager and operate a delivery vehicle.

Valid driver’s license and at least one year of driving experience are required, along with strong customer service and English communication. CDL may be applicable depending on route specifics.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of safe driving experience.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong time management and team player abilities.
• Valid driver's license; CDL when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; cover routes for holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks as directed.
• Solicit new customers; up-sell/cross-sell; maintain profitable product mix.
• Follow company policies regarding new customers and service.
• Ensure timely payments and accurate route paperwork.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety; operate delivery vehicle.
