Alsco Uniforms in Texas is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by covering routes and delivering excellent customer service. You will up-sell and cross-sell services while maintaining strong relationships with customers and assisting in deliveries and route coverage.

The role requires a clean driving record, valid license, and willingness to work on holidays or vacations as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or similar experience.
• Qualified drivers license and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays or vacancies.
• Solicit new customers and upsell/cross-sell services to maintain profitable product mix.
