Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department in meeting customer needs by up-selling and delivering superior service. You will cover routes and perform service tasks, reporting to the District Manager.

Qualifications

• Have and maintain a valid Driver's License, CDL when applicable and be 21 years or older.
• Maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents, speeding or safety violations.
• Demonstrate excellent skills in customer service and route sales.
• Excellent verbal/written English communication and good time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes as needed for holidays or vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks as directed by supervision.
• Solicit new customers and up-sell/cross-sell across lines of service for a profitable product mix.
• Ensure customer loyalty and outstanding service, building relationships and resolving concerns with supervision.
