Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Route Relief/Utility RSR to support the Service Department by covering routes and performing service tasks as needed. Reports to the District Manager and participates in up-selling across lines of service to meet customer needs.

Primary duties include maintaining service quality, handling route paperwork, ensuring timely deliveries, and contributing to a positive customer experience on every shift.

Qualifications

• High School graduation or similar experience.
• Valid driver's license and be 21 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and route sales skills.
• Excellent verbal/written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform all responsibilities of a Route Sales Representative and related tasks.
• Learn and support all routes; run routes during holidays and vacancies.
• Assist in rush deliveries, renewals, audits, training and other tasks.
• Solicit new customers and up-sell across all lines of service or product; ensure profitable mix.
• Participate in promotions, contests, training and audits.
• Follow company policies regarding new customers and customer needs.
