Job summary

Mattress Firm is hiring a Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator in Texas to coordinate daily delivery routes, optimize routing, and support dispatch activities for internal and external customers. You will link warehouse operations with drivers and contractors to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in logistics or related roles, strong communication, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, routing, transportation coordination, customer service, or related operational support role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes based on capacity, geography, and business demands.
• Monitor delivery activity and address delays or disruptions.
• Schedule deliveries and adjust routing plans to maximize efficiency.
• Prepare and submit delivery manifests and route documentation.
• Maintain records to support contractor settlements and performance tracking.
• Communicate route changes to drivers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and complete required trainings.
