Job summary

Mattress Firm seeks a Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to coordinate daily delivery routes and support dispatch activities. You will act as a bridge between warehouse, drivers, contractors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in logistics or related roles, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Position offers base pay and on-demand benefits in a dynamic warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years in logistics, dispatch, routing, transportation coordination, customer service, or related role.
• Knowledge of local geography and service areas.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes based on capacity and geography.
• Monitor delivery activity and address route exceptions or delays.
• Schedule deliveries and adjust routing plans for efficiency.
• Track and resolve missed deliveries and re-delivery requests.
• Prepare delivery manifests and route documentation by deadlines.
• Maintain records to support contractor settlements and performance tracking.
• Communicate route changes to drivers, contractors, and teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and trainings.
