Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, routing, transportation coordination, customer service, or related operational support role required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; ability to work with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes based on capacity, geography, and business demands.
• Monitor delivery activity and address route exceptions, delays, or service disruptions.
• Schedule deliveries and adjust routing plans to maximize efficiency.
• Track and resolve missed deliveries, delivery exceptions, and re-delivery requests.
• Prepare and submit delivery manifests and stop records by deadlines.
• Maintain records to support contractor settlements and performance tracking.
• Communicate route changes and priorities to drivers, contractors, and teams.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and trainings completed.
