Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, routing, transportation coordination, customer service, or related operational support role required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes based on capacity, geography, and business demands.
• Monitor delivery activity and address route exceptions, delays, or service disruptions.
• Schedule deliveries and adjust routing plans to maximize operational efficiency.
• Track, document, and resolve missed deliveries, delivery exceptions, and re-delivery requests.
• Prepare and submit delivery manifests, route documentation, and stop records in accordance with deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records to support contractor settlements and delivery performance tracking.
• Communicate route changes, delivery updates, and priorities to drivers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
