Mattress Firm is hiring a Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator to support daily delivery operations across Texas. In this on-site role you will coordinate routes, assign tasks to drivers and contractors, monitor progress, and ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining high service levels and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with warehouse staff, transportation teams, and customer service to resolve route disruptions, adjust schedules, and document performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in logistics, dispatch, routing, or related operational support.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes based on capacity, geography, and business demands.
• Monitor delivery activity and address route delays or service disruptions.
• Schedule deliveries and adjust routing plans to maximize operational efficiency.
• Track, document, and resolve missed deliveries and re-delivery requests.
• Prepare and submit delivery manifests, route documentation, and stop records by deadlines.
• Maintain records to support contractor settlements and delivery performance tracking.
• Communicate route changes to drivers, contractors and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and complete required training.
• Partner with warehouse, customer service, and transportation teams to support daily goals.
• Escalate concerns to leadership to improve service levels and efficiency.
