Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, routing, transportation coordination, customer service, or related operational support role.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch daily delivery routes based on capacity, geography and business demands.
• Monitor delivery activity and address route exceptions, delays, or service disruptions.
• Schedule deliveries and adjust routing plans to maximize operational efficiency.
• Track missed deliveries, delivery exceptions, and re-delivery requests.
• Prepare delivery manifests and route documents by deadlines.
• Maintain records to support contractor settlements and performance tracking.
• Communicate route changes and priorities to drivers and teams.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and complete trainings on time.
