Qualifications

• One year Dispatcher experience preferred.

• Experience with Trapeze software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain composure under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrate a high customer service commitment.
• Professional phone manner and knowledge of the service area is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day route operations and report to Dispatch Supervisors.
• Communicate with drivers and clients to resolve issues and keep schedules.
• Monitor radio, telephones, and on-road service quality.
• Assign trips to drivers to ensure adequate distribution across routes.
• Monitor daily system performance and operational data.
• Note late or blocked routes and inform Supervisors accordingly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
