Responsibilities

• Take client calls and communicate issues with drivers and Supervisors.
• Monitor radio, telephones and on-road service for quality.
• Influence positive employee morale and customer service.
• Monitor and complete driver sign-in/sign-out daily.
• May assign trips to drivers to ensure even distribution.
• Monitor daily system performance and report issues.
• Participate in analysis of operating performance.
• Note late or missed routes and inform Supervisors.
• All other duties as assigned.
