Job summary

Casella Waste Systems, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate drivers and equipment for residential, commercial, and roll-off services.

You will assign routes, monitor driver locations, and communicate with customers to resolve issues while maintaining high service levels. The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be eligible to work in the US, and ideally possess prior dispatch experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Dispatch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches drivers to calls using driver locations and loads to balance cost and customer satisfaction.
• Routinely assigns routes to drivers and ensures route completion.
• Handles incoming calls and emails from customer service and sales; manages pickup/delivery requests.
• Keeps customers informed of delays and communicates with drivers on-site to resolve issues.
