Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in on delivery routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You’ll learn multiple routes, deliver garments and products, and maintain strong customer relationships with a focus on service quality and efficiency.

In this role you’ll manage invoices, conduct inventories, and adhere to safety standards while supporting service and management teams on new installations and rerouting efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proficiency across multiple routes and learn customer specifics.
• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Perform route support, inventory audits, and invoicing accuracy.
• Follow safety policies and traffic laws.
• Collaborate with service and management teams on new accounts and rerouting.
