Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in for Route Service Representatives and ensure seamless service on delivery routes. You’ll learn multiple routes, load and unload garments, and maintain high service standards at every stop.

You’ll work independently while collaborating with Service and Management teams to manage invoices, inventory, and safety, delivering exceptional customer experiences on busy routes across the local market.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• DOT compliance preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Relevant route delivery or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver garments and products to customers on established routes.
• Load, transport, and unload items safely.
• Maintain route readiness, perform invoices and inventory checks.
• Collaborate with Service and Management Teams on new accounts and rerouting.
