UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in for Route Service Representatives on various delivery routes. You will load, transport, and unload clean garments and products, ensuring timely service and preserving route efficiency.

You’ll interact with customers to strengthen relationships while upholding safety and company policies. The role emphasizes adaptability, independent work on a fast-paced schedule, and collaboration with service, production, sales, and office teams.

Competenze

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
• Meet all DOT requirements, including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Past experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with ability to learn new systems for efficiency.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet for extended periods.
