Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in on routes when Route Service Representatives are unavailable. You will learn multiple routes, deliver garments and products, and uphold excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy in invoices and inventory, and maintaining vehicle safety.

This role emphasizes agility, autonomy, and collaboration with service and management teams to support new accounts and rerouting efforts.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• DOT requirements, including a physical exam, must be met.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver garments and products to customers along established routes.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer requests independently with proactive problem solving.
• Accurately manage invoices and conduct inventory checks.
• Maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness; adhere to safety policies.
