UniFirst is seeking a Route Coverage Specialist to step in for Route Service Representatives, covering delivery routes, loading and unloading garments, and ensuring timely service. You’ll learn multiple routes, engage with customers, and uphold safety standards while supporting route operations.

The role emphasizes autonomy, customer service excellence, and collaboration with service and management teams to optimize routes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Meet all DOT requirements, including a physical exam.
• High school diploma, GED, or military service required.
• Strong customer service skills with ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in customer service, route sales, or delivery is a plus.
• Comfortable using new technologies to improve efficiency.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing for extended periods.
